At VEORAS, every piece is designed with thoughtful craftsmanship and attention to detail. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help make it right.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 21 days of the delivery date for items that meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received

Many VEORAS dresses feature delicate embellishments, embroidery, appliqué details, or specialty fabrics, and we recommend handling garments with care during fitting. Please avoid contact with makeup, perfume, or deodorant that may leave marks or scents on the garment.

Garments showing signs of wear, damage, alterations, stains, or odors may not be eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, simply follow the steps below:

1. Contact Us

Email our support team at care@veoras.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

2. Receive Return Instructions

Our team will review your request and provide detailed return instructions, including the return address.

3. Prepare and Ship Your Return

Securely pack the item(s) in their original condition with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

4. Return Processing

Once your return package is received, it will be inspected and processed within 5–7 business days. After the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning your item.

Please note that any original shipping fees paid on the order are non-refundable.

VEORAS is not responsible for return packages lost during transit.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order for the preferred item and returning the original item according to our return policy. This helps ensure faster processing and availability of the desired piece.

Return Processing & Refunds

Once your return package is received, it will be inspected and processed within 5–7 business days.

After your return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged item or an item is missing from your order, please contact us at care@veoras.com within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.

Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so our team can review the issue and assist you as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. Items marked as final sale or with specific return restrictions will be clearly noted on the product page, where applicable.
